Delivery Coverage
Orders are delivered throughout Turkey by PTT Kargo. International shipping is not currently offered as a confirmed delivery option.
Preparation and Dispatch
Orders are normally prepared within 3 business days before being handed to the carrier. This is a preparation period, not a guaranteed delivery time.
Personalized Products
The model, quantity, feasibility, price, and production schedule for personalized products are coordinated directly with the customer. The standard 3-business-day preparation period is not a guaranteed timeframe for personalized orders. No fixed production-start trigger or cancellation cutoff is stated.
Shipping Fees
The shipping charge applicable to an order is calculated using the current settings and shown in the cart and checkout before the order is submitted. No fixed fee or free-shipping threshold is promised on this page.
Delivery
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. The seller remains responsible for loss or damage until delivery when the order is sent using the carrier stated in the pre-contract information.
