Subject and Scope
This agreement governs the distance sale and delivery of the goods identified in the applicable order summary. The product, quantity, specifications, taxes, delivery charge, and total price must be shown to the buyer before the order is placed.
Product and Price Information
The order-specific product description, quantity, unit price, discounts, shipping charge, taxes, and total amount shown at checkout form an integral part of the agreement.
Payment
The active payment method and any payment schedule must be shown and confirmed during checkout. iyzico, card brands, installments, and other payment methods must not be represented as available until the relevant merchant approval and technical integration are active.
Preparation and Delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 3 business days and delivered throughout Turkey by PTT Kargo. The preparation period is not a guaranteed delivery time. For personalized orders, the model, quantity, feasibility, price, and production schedule are coordinated directly with the customer; the standard preparation period is not guaranteed.
Right of Withdrawal
Subject to statutory exceptions, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason or incurring a penalty. The notice may be sent to yasarfarhadi@gmail.com or by another durable medium made available for the order.
Returns and Refunds
The buyer must send the goods back within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. The site's administrative return review helps process requests but does not make statutory withdrawal rights dependent on the seller's discretion. When PTT Kargo is identified in the pre-contract information for returns, the buyer is not charged the return carriage cost for using that carrier. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law using a method compatible with the original payment instrument and without imposing a cost on the buyer.
Personalized Products
The statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. It is not assumed to apply to every 3D-printed or made-to-order product. Any applicable exception must be identified clearly before purchase based on the actual product and customization.
Complaints and Disputes
Questions and complaints may be sent to yasarfarhadi@gmail.com or +90 551 082 72 15. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under the applicable monetary and territorial rules.
Entry into Force and Records
The agreement becomes binding when the buyer confirms the order after receiving the required pre-contract information. A copy of the completed, order-specific agreement must be made available to the buyer on a durable medium.
