Returns & Exchanges Policy
You can easily return products you are not satisfied with.

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product. Return requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent with all accessories. If the product shows signs of damage, wear, or use, the return may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products, items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, etc.), and digital content are excluded from the return policy.
4. Return Process
You can initiate a return request from the My Orders section in your account or by emailing support@mystore.com. Once your request is approved, simply ship the product to the specified address.
5. Shipping Costs
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost is covered by us. For returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
6. Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. For payments made via bank transfer, you may need to provide your account details.
7. Exchanges
For product exchanges, we recommend completing the return request and placing a new order. This way you can quickly get the product you want based on stock availability.
