Returns & Exchanges Policy
You can easily return products you are not satisfied with.

Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product. Return requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent with all accessories. If the product shows signs of damage, wear, or use, the return may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
A statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. It is not assumed to apply to every 3D-printed or made-to-order item; applicability depends on the actual product and customization and must be disclosed before purchase.
Return Process
For an eligible order, open My Orders, select the order, and use Request Return. The current form records a reason, note, and photos; after submission the order shows Return Requested while Yaşar Farhadi reviews it in the administration panel. The result is sent by email, and approved requests appear as Returned in Order Details. This administrative review supports processing and does not make statutory withdrawal rights dependent on approval. A statutory withdrawal may also be communicated clearly by email to yasarfarhadi@gmail.com without giving a reason. No return code is currently mandatory. Return recipient: Yaşar Farhadi. Shipping Costs
If PTT Kargo is identified in the pre-contract information as the return carrier, the consumer is not charged the return carriage cost when using that carrier. If no return carrier is identified, return expenses are likewise not charged to the consumer under the applicable distance-sales rules.
Refunds
Refunds are made within the period required by applicable distance-sales rules, using a method compatible with the original payment instrument and without imposing a cost on the consumer. The statutory timing depends on how and when the goods are returned to the stated carrier.
Exchanges
For product exchanges, we recommend completing the return request and placing a new order. This way you can quickly get the product you want based on stock availability.
